1. What is the registration process for BioBee Stores?

The registration process involves a few simple steps. They are:

Click the 'Register/Login' link on the website's top right corner to register or log in.
Enter your name and email address (your email address must be unique to you) in the prompt that appears.
Choose a password for your account.
Provide the delivery and invoice details following the login. When you are finished registering, you can begin ordering online. Orders can be placed right away. The information you had provided in your first order will be available the next time you log in.

2. How can I search for products?

You can navigate to the biobee store website and search for items using the following methods.

Category Search

Please navigate through our online catalogue to find what you are looking for. To make your search more effective, follow these steps:

Choose a category of product from the Mega Menus at the top of your webpage.
Hover over the headings to see more specific categories
Select the subcategory you wish to view
On the subcategory page, you can refine your search using the filters displayed on the left side. These include product attributes and additional subcategories. You can also sort your product list according to your preference using the sort options.

Keyword Search

Enter the keywords relevant to your product in the search box found in the header banner. A list of matches will appear below. However, you can refine your search results by adding more words to your keywords. You can, for instance, search for "gDNA Extraction kit" to get a list of specific products that you might be interested in.

Catalogue Number Search

You can also use the product codes in the search box to find items in the BioBee store. To do this, you need to be familiar with BioBee's product codes. Catalogue numbers can be retrieved from any printed catalogue. Use the search bar at the top right of the page to enter the code.

3. Is every BioBee store product available for purchase online?

Yes. The BioBee store offers a wide range of products online for Indian customers with up-to-date prices and amazing promotional offers. However, items in the Diagnostic and Research ranges are for restricted sale to customers outside India.

4. What is the pricing policy for your online store?

Based on the conditions applicable to your order, the lowest available price will be offered to you. The price may be a list price, a quoted price, a contract price, a volume price, or a current web offer price.

In contrast, online promotion prices are only valid for orders placed directly on www.biobeestore.com. They are valid only for the day they are displayed and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. What is Your Shipping and shipping Pricing Policy?

The BioBee store ships its products to almost everywhere in India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. All days except Sundays and national holidays are considered shipping days.

Shipping charges: A fixed shipping charge applies to all orders under Rs. 499 at all locations, with an additional charge for certain locations.

Free shipping is available at certain locations for orders equal to or above Rs. 499 (after applying coupons or any other offers). Additional shipping charges will apply to other locations.

In the event of a return or cancellation of the order, the shipping charges are not refundable.

BioBee Store can modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Both the new charges would be visible on the product page and during checkout.

Biobee store periodically releases 'offers' to satisfy its customers. Offers may be introduced for a limited time that provide free delivery of goods, and are subject to terms and conditions.

6. Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Our list prices are GST excluded and are applied during the checkout process. Customers eligible for GST exemption can declare that during checkout and get their GST reversed to their account. However, those customers will need to supply a copy of their GST exemption certificate by email to info@biobeestore.com, unless you have previously supplied an annual GST exemption certificate.

7. What options do I have for making a payment?

Indian customers can pay through Net Banking, Master card, Visa Credit Cards, debit cards, and UPI. International customers can pay through PayPal or credit cards.

8. Is it possible to amend or add my order once it has been completed and confirmed?

Adding to an existing order

An order that has been confirmed cannot be amended once it has been checked out. A new order must be placed instead.

Editing my delivery details

We normally don't allow amendments to orders, especially for the next day delivery. This will help us to comply with our delivery promises. The majority of items we have in stock will be shipped the same day. So, please get in touch with us immediately if you need to change your delivery details, and we will do our best to make the changes. 9. Is it possible to cancel my order?

You may cancel an order by calling Customer Service at +91-9943755205 as soon as possible. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee since most orders within our' In Stock' section will ship the same day.

11. What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Some locations have same-day delivery / Next day delivery options available.Delivery will generally be within 2 to 4 business days for all areas serviced by reputed couriers (excluding Sundays and other holidays). Items that weigh more than 2 kg or have a lot of volumes may take a couple of days longer to arrive. Other areas will receive the product through the Indian Postal Service and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
